Frequently asked questions

What customers ask before booking.

Why does access control need an on-site assessment?

The door, frame, lock, power supply, cable route and safe egress requirements all affect the design. A photo helps, but a site visit is often necessary.

Can access control work with security cameras?

Yes. Compatible systems can provide video context around entry events, but the integration depends on the selected camera and access-control platforms.

Can lost cards or fobs be removed?

Yes. A properly managed system lets an authorized administrator deactivate a missing credential without replacing every employee credential.
